Love Wrecked PG
The premise, Gilligan’s Island meets
Blue Lagoon meets any number of Nick movies. Amanda Bynes plays a girl who goes
to a resort island to meet her rock star idol, and they become supposedly
shipwrecked together, but when a rival learns where they are, and hatches her
own shipwreck plan to steal the guy, it puts a damper on hers. Held back for
over 26 months because it just wasn't good enough for theaters, this flick
finally appeared on TV in 2007, and it appears to be missing something. Not as
charming as the other Bynes flicks, but has moments of comic sassy. Review by Adam Browne
