Review: 'Oceans' is Disney diving travel log

Oceans (Disneynature's Oceans)    G
Jacques Cluzaud's epic undersea picture plays like 'Earth' light, as in a light version of the Discovery Channel miniseries 'Earth'. At times the film skips and has editing marks visible on screen, of which could have been caught in the editing bay, and sometimes the fish swim off and don't do what they want. Still it was interesting and entertaining for a documentary. Set in the world's oceans, the story attempts to lure you in so it can give a global climate change, pollution is bad message, but that's okay. Most of the shots were amazing, so the interesting editing snips were all the more obvious. And there wasn't much explanation for things either. I wanted to know what a blanket octopus actually eats, or why a pod of sardines swirls around in a ball.
