Pocahontas G
Disney started to lose it with this subpar animated flick, clearly cutting corners on everything from writing, (she learns English because a wind blows up), to love story, (John Smith did not fall in love with the real Pocahontas, as she would have been 12, and she is maybe 17 or so in this), and the characters look awful, like Pocahontas herself, who has a lazy eye and disfigured proportions at times, and her friend, who is clearly Chinese. Hu? "The colors of the wind?" What? Need it be more obvious. This is not one of their best. Not the worst either. Review by Adam Browne
