Batman Forever PG 13
What Warner can create, they can also destroy. Trying for the kiddie appeal of the 60s Batman, (as there is a reason that stuff doesn't work anymore, those cats are well over 50), they decide on Joel Schumaker to make the movie...well...gay. Really gay. (In this case, this is not a good idea, because Batman is not supposed to be homosexual). Please. "You need more than a friend Robin." What kind of a line is that? Nipples on the bat suit? The premise, the Riddler, probably Jim Carrey's most decent role in years, takes over Gotham citizens using TV mind control boxes and Batman must stop him.
Tommy Lee Jones as Two Face completely ignores the Burton movie which made his character the black dude, Harvey Dent. (Black younger dude, notolder white guy. The comics of the 80s did too, and the cartoon, then current), Jones is also the worst Two Face ever, Jim Carrey is the only saving grace as the Riddler, but even there he's too silly at times. The neon glowing town and burly statues are annoying. The freaking Batmobile looks like a Fabrige egg! What? No wonder Riddler blows the tar out of it.
