Batman: The Movie PG
The 1960s Batman series movie is a really funny story, if not dumb as dirt. Shark repellant? The Looney Tunes bomb scene? Adam West as Batman and Burt Ward as Robin head an all star cast. Great to see them having fun. "Holy hand grenades, Batman!"The movie is about the Caped Crusader's latest attempts to stop the major villains of Gotham, including the Joker and Penguin, from destroying the United Nations conference. The escapes are as fun to watch as the bungled crimes, and the classic actors had loads of fun. Ha. This was just kitschy fun. Review by Adam Browne
