Ivan Reitman's awesome spook tacle
with Bill Murray, Sigourney Weaver, Rick Moranis and an all star cast, makes
for one of the funniest movies about New York's spooky ghosts ever, and maybe
one of the funniest movies ever. Deposed scientists from a university get a
zany plan to buy an old firehouse and become the Ghostbusters, (loosely based
on Ghost Chasers of the 1950s), crime stopping paranormal dudes with nuclear
proton packs! Superhero time! Every kid in America was quoting this flick forever!
"He slimed me." This was just awesome.
