Review: 'Step Brothers' is an SNL sketch that is funny sometimes

Step Brothers   R
Will Farrell and John Reilly are step brothers after their parents get married, creating a comedic rift that turns into a frienship, and back into a rift, and back again. They play near 40 year old slackers, who are probably both mocking the Autistic, (but that isn't said). Farrell and McKay co wrote it, and McKay directed. At times it's an extended Saturday Night Live sketch, peppered with gross out jokes and outrageous (loud) humor, as comedy nowadays is about shock and awe (how obnoxious can you be?), not about actually laughing. It's funny. Worth owning later on DVD when it's on sale for 5 bucks at WalMart.
